Breakfast vibes ? rolled oats, flax, cinnamon, coconut oil, kiwi, chia seed jelly and apple butter! Happy FriYAY!
Dinner: Brown rice pasta + spinach + mushrooms, chicken with crumbled bits of boiled egg. ?
Easy roast veggies. Tossed these up with some salt, pepper, sesame oil and chilli flakes and I've got a quick side dish for a couple of meals. ?
Sometimes you just need to eat 3 eggs with toast slathered in butter?. All that extra fat and cholesterol is so grounding and delicious ?. Fat isn't the enemy, just make sure you're eating the right kinds like full fat butter, oily fish, avocados. happy Friday!
