Method
Step 1
Boil Soya Chunks. Squeeze them and take out on a plate. Add potato slices. Add 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder and salt to taste. Mash everything. Transfer to a blender. Make paste.
Step 2
Take the paste out on a plate. Add whole wheat flour, rice flour and Besan. Add salt to taste. Add 1 Tsp Garam Masala powder.Mix everything. Make balls. Fry balls in oil and set aside.
Step 3
Chop onion and garlic cloves. Put them in oil for frying. Make paste of tomato and ginger. Put the paste in oil. Add salt to taste. Saute till raw smell of masala goes away. Add water in pan. Put the fried balls and cook in low flame for few minutes. Add 1 Tsp Garam Masala powder and finish cooking.
