ingredients
- 200 grams Soya Chunks
- 100 grams Peas
- 1 pieces cubed Potato
- 1/2 inch sliced Ginger
- 4 pieces Coconut slices
- 1 teaspoons Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Curd
- 1/2 cups Mustard Oil
- 1 a sliced Tomato
Method
Step 1
Perboil potatoes before cooking. Put oil in a bowl. Put it in pan for boiling. Put the soya chunks in the water. Boil for 5-6 minutes. Drain out the water. Pour cold water in the same. Squeeze the chunks and take out from water.
Step 2
Pour Oil in pan. Put the potatoes for frying. Fry for 2 minutes, next add peas and soya chunks in the same.
Step 3
Transfer the tomato slices in blender. Add ginger and coconut slices as well. Make paste.
Step 4
Pour the paste in pan. Lower the flame and mix Everything. Cook till raw smell of masala goes away. Add water. Cook in high flame. As water starts boiling, lower the flame. Let the water absorb the flavour.
Step 5
Sprinkle 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking.
