ingredients

  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • 200 gram Soya Chunks
  • 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 pieces Tomato
  • 1 pieces Onion
  • 2 pieces Chapati
  • 1 cups Cucumber and onion slices
  • 1/2 cups Mustard Oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Boil soya chunks. Squeeze the excess water and put it in a bowl. Make a paste of tomato onion. Marinate the soya chunks with the paste. Add 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder and salt. Marinate for 10-15 minutes

  • Step 2

    Drizzle oil in pan.Fry the soya chunks in pan. Fry them till the chunks become golden brown.

  • Step 3

    Drizzle oil in pan. Break one egg. Put it directly in pan. Put one chapati. Coat the chapati with egg. Flip the chapati to fry other side.

  • Step 4

    Transfer to a plate. Add onion cucumber slices. Add the masala coated soya chunks. Roll them.

  • Step 5

    Serve with sauce dip .
