ingredients

  • 4 pieces Tilapia Fish
  • 1 pieces Tomato
  • 6-8 tablespoons Mustard-poppy seed paste
  • Green Chilli
  • Mustard Oil
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoons Indian Five Spice Mix

Method

  • Step 1

    Pour Oil in pan. Sprinkle salt and turmeric powder on fish pieces. Put the fishes in pan for frying.

  • Step 2

    Fry fishes in high-medium flame. Fry them golden. Take it out after frying. Chop Tomato into slices.

  • Step 3

    Temper the same oil with 1 tsp Indian five Spice mix. As it splatters, put the tomato slices in pan. Saute them for few minutes.

  • Step 4

    Put the poppy seed- mustard paste in pan. Add water after sauteing it for 1-2 minutes. As water starts boiling, put the fried fish pieces. Cook for another few minutes. Drizzle oil on them and put off flame.
