ingredients
- 300 cloves Paneer / Cottage cheese
- 1 cups Potato cubes (optional)
- 1 pieces Tomato
- Ginger slice
- 10 pieces Cashews
- 1 teaspoons Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Sugar
- 1 pieces Bay leaf
- 2 pieces Green cardamom
- 1 pieces Dry red chilli
- 2 pieces Cinnamon sticks
- 2 pieces Clove
Method
Step 1
Take paneer cubes. Fry them in oil and set aside after frying. Now add ghee/butter in pan. Chop tomato into slices and put it in pan. Add the cashews and ginger slice. Toss everything.
Step 2
Put them in grinder and make a paste. Now add oil in pan. Temper the oil with bay leaf, clove, cinnamon sticks, dry red chilli and green cardamom.
Step 3
Add the potato cubes. Fry them. Add the masala paste. Add 1 tsp Coriander Powder. Add salt and sugar to taste. Cook till the raw smell of the masala goes away.
Step 4
Add water as much needed. Add the fried paneer cubes. Add 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder. Cook for few minutes and finish cooking.
