ingredients

  • 2 cups Sabudana
  • 1 cups Mug Dal
  • 1 cups Peas
  • 1 cups Carrot (chopped)
  • 1/2 pieces Cauliflower
  • 2 teaspoons Garam masala powder
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Sugar

Method

  • Step 1

    Take sabudana in a bowl. Add water and soak it for 30 minutes. Dry roast Mug Dal and pressure cook for 1 whistle.

  • Step 2

    Chop Carrot and cauliflower into fine pieces. Perboil peas. Drizzle ghee on pan. Temper with 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder. Put the veggies for frying. Fry them golden.

  • Step 3

    Add sabudana after draining out the water. Add pressure cooked dal. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add water. Cover with a lid and cook till dal and sabudana gets cooked. Sprinkle 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking
