ingredients
- 1 cups Rice Flour
- To Taste Salt
- Water
Method
Step 1
Boil water in a Bowl. Add pinch of salt. Once water starts boiling, add rice flour. Lower the flame and stir till flour absorbs the water.
Step 2
Put off flame and let it cool. Knead dough. Make small ball from the dough. Roll roti.
Step 3
Put it on pan. Flip gently once bottom side gets cooked. Cook evenly both side. Serve with curry of your choice.
