Method

  • Step 1

    Soak Gobindobhog rice in water. Next morning, drain out the water. Put it in blender. Chop potato into cubes. Put it in blender. Make paste.

  • Step 2

    Take out the paste in a bowl. Put 1 Tsp salt, 1 Tsp sugar. Add 1 tsp Baking Powder. Whip everthing.

  • Step 3

    Add 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder. Whip again.

  • Step 4

    Chop the veggies. Put it in a bowl. Whip everthing. Brush ghee/oil in pan. Put 1 ladle of batter in pan. Fry golden.

  • Step 5

    Cover with a lid in between to get a better softness.

  • Step 6

    Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
