Method
Step 1
Chop the onion, garlic cloves and crush ginger slice. Take them in a bowl. Season prawns with 1 tsp turmeric powder. Put them in the same bowl. Add rice flour, whole wheat flour, besan in the bowl. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, salt and sugar to taste. Add 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder. Mix everything.
Step 2
Add water little bit. Mix everything. Pour Mustard Oil in pan. Take lump of batter in Palm and put it in pan. Fry them in medium-low flame.
Step 3
Flip once till one side gets cooked. Keep frying till both side gets cooked. Take out on a plate and serve hot.
