Method
Step 1
Boil cauliflower florets in water. Take out on a plate. Sprinkle salt and pinch of turmeric powder on them. Pour oil in pan. Put the cauliflower florets for frying. Take out on a plate and set aside.
Step 2
Chop Tomato into slices and make paste with coconut slices. Take mustard seeds and poppy seeds in a bowl. Add little bit of water. Transfer to a blender and make paste.
Step 3
Put tomato-coconut paste in pan. Saute till raw smell goes away. Add poppy seed-mustard seed paste next. Add water. Cook in low flame till water absorbs the flavour. Add the fried cauliflower florets. Coat well. Drizzle dollops of mustard oil and finish cooking.
