ingredients
- 2 cups Red Lentil
- 1 pieces Tomato
- 1 pieces Red Chilli
- 1 teaspoons Turmeric powder
- To Taste Salt
Method
Step 1
Soak red lentil for 6-8 hours. Drain the water and took the dal in a Bowl. Chop tomato into fine pieces. Make paste of dal with tomato pieces and red chilli.
Step 2
Take the paste in a Bowl. Add salt and turmeric powder. Whisk everything.
Step 3
Pour oil in pan. Put lump of batter in pan. Fry for few minutes. Take out. Smash with a spoon. Put the fritters back in pan. Fry till fritters become crisp and golden. Take out from oil.
