ingredients
- 250 grams Peas
- 1 pieces Tomato
- 1/2 inch Ginger Slice
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Sugar
- 1 teaspoons Garam masala powder
- 1 cups Gram Flour
- 4 teaspoons Rice Flour
- 1 cups Mustard oil
Method
Step 1
Boil Peas with water. Take it out. Let it cool then put in a blender. Make paste. Take out on a plate. Add rice flour and gram Flour. Knead dough. The dough should be soft but not runny. Make koftas by pressing lump of peas in palms.
Step 2
Pour oil in pan. Fry koftas golden and set aside. Make paste of tomato and ginger. Temper the oil with 1 tsp sugar. Put the paste. Cook in medium flame till raw smell goes away.
Step 3
Add water. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add 1 tsp Turmeric powder. Cook on high flame till water starts boiling. Put the fried koftas . Let them absorb the flavour. Sprinkle 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking.
