ingredients

  • 250 Paneer
  • 1 pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 cups Peanuts
  • 1/3 cups Peas
  • 1 teaspoons Garam masala powder
  • 1 cups Vegetable Oil
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Sugar
  • 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoons Black Pepper Powder

Method

  • Step 1

    Take Paneer cubes on a plate. Season with salt and pepper powder. Pour oil in pan. Fry Paneer pieces and set aside.

  • Step 2

    Chop tomato into thin slices. Put it in blender. Add peanuts and peas. Make paste. Temper the oil with 1 tsp sugar. Put the paste. Cook till raw smell of masala goes away.

  • Step 3

    Add salt and sugar to taste. Add water. Cook on High flame till water starts boiling. Add the fried paneer pieces. Cook for few minutes more. Sprinkle 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking
