ingredients

  • 1 Peas
  • 2 cups Whole wheat flour
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Sugar
  • 1 teaspoons Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • Oil
  • Ginger

Method

  • Step 1

    Take peas. Wash them and boil them in water for few minutes. Transfer to a grinder. Make paste with ginger.

  • Step 2

    Take whole wheat flour in a Bowl. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add black pepper powder, baking powder and mix everything. Add the peas paste. Knead dough and set aside.

  • Step 3

    Make small balls from the dough. Roll paratha. Put it in pan. Dry fry for few minutes. Add oil little bit. Fry till both side of paratha becomes golden. Serve with curd.
