ingredients

  • 2 cups Mug Dal
  • 1 pieces Tomato
  • 1 pieces Carrot
  • 1 teaspoons Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Sugar
  • Butter
  • Mustard oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Take Mug Dal in a bowl. Soak Moong Dal for 2-3 hours. Take it out and transfer to a blender and make paste after adding little bit of water.

  • Step 2

    Take out the paste in a bowl. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder and 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder. Whip everthing.

  • Step 3

    Put butter in pan. Pour the mixture. Sprinkle curry leaves on top. Cover with a lid. Cook in low flame. Flip in between.

  • Step 4

    Once both side gets cooked, take out on a plate and serve with chutney or sauce.
