Method
Step 1
Chop Banana flower into fine pieces. Pressure cook it with potato cubes for 6 whistles. Take out on a plate. Add rice flour and whole wheat flour and salt and sugar to taste. Knead well. Make ball or Koftas from the dough.
Step 2
Pour oil in pan. Fry Koftas in oil. Fry them golden and set aside. Put tomato slices and ginger slices in a blender alongwith green chilli. Make paste.
Step 3
Pour oil in pan. Temper with 1 dry red Chilli. Put the paste in pan. Cook in medium flame. Take coriander powder and turmeric powder in a bowl. Make paste with water. Put it in pan.
Step 4
As raw smell goes away, add water in pan. Wait till water starts boiling. Add fried Koftas next. Sprinkle 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking.
