ingredients
- 1 cups Whole wheat flour
- 1 cups Chickpea flour
- 1 pieces Onion
- 6 pieces Garlic Cloves
- 1 teaspoons Turmeric powder
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Sugar
- 1 cups Ghee
Method
Step 1
Take a plate. Add the whole wheat flour and Chickpea Flour. Add 1 tsp Turmeric powder and salt and sugar to taste.
Step 2
Add 1 tsp Ajawain (optional). Add water slowly and start kneading. Rest the dough for 20 minutes after kneading. Make balls out of the dough.
Step 3
Roll parathas from the dough. Brush ghee on pan. Fry them till the paratha becomes golden. Serve hot with curd or curry.
