ingredients

  • 100 g Fenugreek leaves
  • 3 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Curd
  • 1 cups Rice bran Oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Perboil the fenugreek leaves. Take out in a bowl. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 Tsp Sugar and salt. Transfer to a blender and make paste.

  • Step 2

    Take whole wheat flour in a bowl. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add the curd. Mix everything. Add the Shaak paste. Mix everything. Add water and knead dough. Rest it for 30 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Make small balls from the dough. Roll Paratha. Put tawa on oven. Put the Paratha on tawa. Cook till one side gets cooked.

  • Step 4

    As one side gets cooked, Flip it. Drizzle oil on paratha once one side gets cooked. Fry them golden in medium flame. Serve with curd or curry.
