ingredients

  • 1 pack Maggie
  • 1 teaspoons Black Pepper Powder (optional)
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1 cups Whole wheat flour
  • Water

Method

  • Step 1

    Make a soft Dough with whole wheat flour and water. Add pinch of salt while kneading it. Warm water is preferred. Set the dough aside.

  • Step 2

    Pour water in a Bowl. Put it in boil. Add noodles in it. Add half of Maggie masala. Boil for 3-4 minutes. Take it out and drain out the water.

  • Step 3

    Pour oil in pan. Put the noodles for frying. Toss gently and set aside.

  • Step 4

    Make small balls from the dough. Roll medium size roti from it. Put teaspoon of Maggie inside. Fold it.

  • Step 5

    Pour oil in pan. Put the puff for frying. Lower the flame and fry them golden.

  • Step 6

    Take it out and serve hot.
