ingredients
- 200 grams Chicken Liver
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 10 pieces Garlic Cloves
- To Taste Salt
- 5 tablespoons Tomato Garlic Sauce
- Oil
Method
Step 1
Pressure cook Liver pieces to get nice texture. Pour oil in pan. Temper with 6-8 pieces garlic cloves and 1 Dry Red Chilli. Fry for few minutes.
Step 2
Add pressure cooked liver pieces. Keep frying in low flame. Make garlic paste with remaining garlic cloves. Put the paste in pan.
Step 3
Add tomato garlic sauce. Mix everything. Cover with a lid. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Remove lid. Toss gently and its ready.
