- 8 pieces sliced Kochur loti
- 1 teaspoons Turmeric powder
- To Taste Salt
- 8 pieces sliced Prawns
- Mustard Oil
- 1 pieces sliced Onion
Method
Step 1
Wash prawns and set aside after tossing in salt and turmeric powder.
Step 2
Pour mustard oil in pan. Put Chopped onion slices in pan. Start frying in low flame. Put prawns next. Mix everything.
Step 3
Add chopped Kochur loti. Add salt to taste and turmeric powder. Mix everything. Lower the flame and cook for 15 minutes. Keep on mixing so that curry does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Drizzle dollops of mustard oil and finish cooking.
