ingredients
- 150 grams Khoira Mach
- 1 pieces large Tomato
- 1/2 pieces medium Eggplant
- 1 pieces medium Potato
- 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
- To Taste Salt
- 1 cups Mustard Oil
- 1 teaspoons Cumin Seeds
Method
Step 1
Wash fishes in lukewarm water. Sprinkle salt and turmeric powder and set aside for 5-7 minutes. Pour Mustard oil in pan. Wait till smoke comes out. Put fishes for frying. Fry them crisp and set aside.
Step 2
Temper the same oil with 1 tsp jeera. Chop onion into slices. Put it in pan. Cut the eggplant into cubes and potato into Wedges. Put them in pan as well. Add salt to taste and 1 tsp Turmeric powder. Fry them for few minutes.
Step 3
Add chopped tomato slices as well. Add water next. Cook in medium flame till veggies soften and water starts boiling.
Step 4
As water starts boiling, add the fried fish pieces. Mix carefully with the curry and put off flame. Ready to serve
