ingredients
- 2 pieces Green Mango
- 1/2 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoons Paanchphoron
- 1 teaspoons Mustard Seed
- To Taste Black Salt
- To Taste Sugar
- 1 teaspoons Oil
Method
Step 1
Wash mangoes and chop them into slices. Dry roast mustard seeds and Paanchphoron and crush it into powder.
Step 2
Drizzle oil in pan. Temper with 1 tsp mustard seeds. Put chopped mangoes for frying. Sprinkle 1 Tsp Black salt to taste.
Step 3
Add water after tossing mangoes for few minutes. Once water starts boiling, add sugar to taste. Wait for few minutes, let the sugar dissolve.
Step 4
Add masala powder and finish cooking.
