ingredients

  • 2 Green Banana
  • Potato Cubes
  • 4 tablespoons Whole wheat flour
  • 4 tablespoons Besan
  • 2 teaspoons Rice Flour
  • To Taste Salt
  • Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoons Garam Masala powder

Method

  • Step 1

    Boil green banana and potato. Peel off the skin and put them in a plate. Mash them together. Add salt to taste.

  • Step 2

    Take a bowl. Take the Besan, whole wheat flour and rice flour in the bowl. Add salt to taste and pinch of turmeric powder. Mix everything.

  • Step 3

    Transfer the mixture of banana and potato in the bowl. Make a dough. Make cutlets from the dough.

  • Step 4

    Pour oil in pan. Put the cutlets for frying. Fry them golden. Take out on a plate. Serve with salad.
