ingredients
- 1 cups Raw Mango Cubes
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon stick
- 1 cups Crystal Sugar Lumps
- 1 tablespoons Mustard Oil
- Dry Red Chilli
Method
Step 1
Soak mango cubes in salt water for 30 minutes. Drain water and set mango cubes aside.
Step 2
Pour mustard oil in pan. Temper with dry Red Chilli. Put mango cubes in pan. Start frying.
Step 3
Add crystal sugar Lumps after. Mix everything and lower the flame. Keep frying.
Step 4
Add crushed cinnamon stick. Mix everything. Keep frying till sugar lumps melt.
Step 5
After 15-30 minutes, check consistency. Once sugar lumps melt, keep on stirring. Put off flame and let it cool before pouring it in a jar.
