Method
Step 1
Chop cabbage into big cubes. Pour water in pan. Add pinch of salt and 1 cinnamon stick. Put cabbage Cubes in pan. Cook for few minutes.
Step 2
Take cabbage cubes out from water. Take mustard seeds and tomato cubes in grinder. Make paste.
Step 3
Pour mustard oil in pan. Temper with 1 Tsp Jeera. Add the mustard paste. Cook for few minutes. Add water. Add salt to taste, turmeric powder. Mix everything.
Step 4
Fry cabbage cubes in oil and set aside. Put them in the curry and mix slowly. Cover with a lid. Cook for another 10 minutes. Drizzle dollops of mustard oil before putting lid. Remove lid. Toss gently. It's ready.
