ingredients

  • 1 cups Rava / Semolina
  • 1/2 cups Chopped coconut
  • To Taste Sugar
  • 1 cups Milk
  • Ghee

Method

  • Step 1

    Pour dollops of ghee in pan. Put the rava for roasting. Fry in low flame for 5-7 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Make a coarse paste of chopped coconut. Put the paste in pan. Mix everything. Add sugar next. Add milk. (Don't add the milk at once. Add it slowly in pan).

  • Step 3

    Lower the flame. Continue stirring. Grease a plate and transfer the mixture into the plate. Cut barfis.
