ingredients

  • 3 pieces Egg
  • 1 pieces Onion
  • 3 pieces Garlic Cloves
  • 1 pieces Green Chilli
  • 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
  • To Taste Black Salt
  • 1 teaspoons Black Pepper Powder
  • Atta Dough
  • 1 cup Soya Oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Chop onion, green chilli and garlic cloves. Put them in a bowl. Break eggs and put them.

  • Step 2

    Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 Tsp black pepper powder, black Salt to taste, 1 Tsp Chaat Masala Powder. Whisk everything.

  • Step 3

    Add 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder. Whisk again.

  • Step 4

    Make small balls from the dough. Roll out medium size parathas.

  • Step 5

    Put Paratha in pan. Flip after few minutes. Add 1 tsp egg mixture. Flip again after few minutes.

  • Step 6

    Add 1 tsp egg mixture on other side. Cook till both side gets cooked. Serve with curd or curry.
