ingredients
- pieces Pumpkin (chopped)
- pieces Parwal slices
- pieces Potato
- 1 teaspoons Garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoons Coriander powder
- To Taste Salt
- Mustard oil
- 1 teaspoons Jeera
- Soyachunks
- 1 pieces Cinnamon stick
- 1 Dry red chilli
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Ginger slice
- 1 Green chilli
Method
Step 1
Put cinnamon stick, dry red chilli in pan. Dry roast them. Drizzle oil from top. Temper with 1 Tsp Jeera. Put pumpkin cubes first in pan once seeds start splattering.
Step 2
Fry pumpkin for few minutes, add Parwals next. Fry golden. Finally add potatoes Continue frying veggies in low flame.
Step 3
Add Soyachunks. Make paste of tomato and ginger and put it in pan. Cook till raw smell of masala goes away.
Step 4
Add water and cover with a lid. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove lid and sprinkle 1 Tsp Garam Masala powder and finish cooking.
