- 250 grams Bhindi/Okra
- To Taste Salt
- 1/2 cups Mustard Oil
- 1 teaspoons Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tablespoons Turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoons Whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoons Rice Flour
- 1 Dry Red Chilli
Method
Step 1
Wash Bhindis. Pat them dry. Chop crown and bottom. Cut it into fine pieces. Add whole wheat flour, rice flour, salt to taste and black pepper powder and turmeric powder. Mix everything.
Step 2
Pour oil in pan. Temper with 1 Dry Red Chilli. Put the bhindis. Cook in high flame for few minutes. Lower the flame and cover with a lid.
Step 3
Remove lid in between and toss gently. Cook till bhindis become golden and crisp. Take out and serve hot.
