Method
Step 1
Coat paneer cubes with salt and turmeric powder. Fry them golden and set aside.
Step 2
Chop tomato into slices. Make paste with ginger. Take curd and put it in blender. Add turmeric powder and chilli. Add little bit water. Make paste.
Step 3
Temper oil with 1 Dry red Chilli. Put paste of tomato and ginger first. Add salt to taste. Cook for few minutes. Add curd mixture next. Add Gur to taste. Add water once masala gets cooked.
Step 4
As water starts boiling, add fried paneer cubes. Cook for few minutes more. Sprinkle 1 Tsp Garam Masala powder and finish cooking.
