Method
Step 1
Chop the coriander leaves into fine pieces. Toss them in pan for few minutes. Let it cool and make puree. Coat the paneer pieces in coriander puree and set aside for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the tomato into thin slices. Put oil in pan. Fry tomato slices and set aside. After cooling them, put it in blender. Add the ginger slice. Make paste.
Step 3
Pour oil in pan. Fry paneer pieces and set aside. Temper the same oil with 1 tsp Sugar. Put the masala paste. (Paste of tomato and ginger).
Step 4
Saute for few minutes. Take curd in a bowl. Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder. Make paste and put it in pan. Take 1 Tsp Coriander Powder in a bowl. Add water. Pour it into the pan.
Step 5
Cook for few minutes till raw smell of masala goes away. Add water. As water starts boiling, salt and sugar to taste.
Step 6
Put paneer pieces in pan. Cook for few minutes. Add 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking.
