ingredients
- 2 pieces large Potato
- 1/2 cups Peanuts
- Curry leaves
- 1 Black Pepper Powder
- To Taste Salt
- 1 teaspoons Turmeric powder
- 1 cups Oil
Method
Step 1
Peel off skin and chop potato into fine slices. Sprinkle salt and turmeric powder and mix everything.
Step 2
Pour oil in pan. Temper with curry leaves. Put peanuts in pan. Lower the flame and fry them golden. Take them out once nuts become crisp.
Step 3
Put potato slices in pan. Fry them golden. Add 1 Tsp Black pepper powder in between tossing.
Step 4
Add peanuts and put off flame.
