ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Coconut Slices
  • 1 teaspoons Tamarind Paste
  • To Taste Black Salt
  • To Taste Sugar
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoons Mustard Seed
  • Mustard Oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Put coconut slices in a blender. Add tamarind paste. Add salt and sugar to taste. Grind everything.

  • Step 2

    Add little bit water in the blender. Grind again.

  • Step 3

    Pour mustard oil in pan. Temper with 1 Tsp Mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add the paste. Toss for few minutes. Take out and serve.
