Method

  • Step 1

    Pour oil in pan. Put the potatoes for frying. Add Perboiled Peas as well. Fry them in medium flame.

  • Step 2

    Take chopped tomato and ginger and crushed Cashew nuts in a blender. Make paste with green Chilli.

  • Step 3

    As potatoes get fried, add the masala paste. Coat well with the potatoes. Take curd in a bowl. Whisk and put it in pan.

  • Step 4

    Take 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder and Black Pepper Powder in a bowl. Make paste with water. Put it in pan.

  • Step 5

    Cover with a lid after mixing everything. Wait till potatoes absorb the flavour. Remove the lid. Add water in the curry. As water starts boiling, sprinkle 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking.
