- 300 g Prawn
- 1 cups Coconut slices
- 1 pieces large Tomato
- 1/2 inch Ginger slice
- 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
- 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
- To Taste Salt
- 1 To Taste Sugar
- 1 cups Mustard Oil
Method
Step 1
Wash prawns in lukewarm water. Season with salt and turmeric powder. Pour Mustard Oil in pan. Boil the oil. Fry prawns and set aside after frying.
Step 2
Put coconut slices,tomato (after slicing), ginger slice in a blender. Make paste. Put the paste in pan. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 Tsp Garam Masala.
Step 3
Add salt and sugar to taste Mix everything. Cook till raw smell of masala goes away. Add fried Prawns. Coat them well with masala.
Step 4
Add water. Cook on high flame till water absorbs all the flavour. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
