Method
Step 1
Wash prawns in warm water before Cooking. Pour mustard oil in pan. Fry prawns in medium flame till they become golden and set aside.
Step 2
Put onion slices in pan. Start frying. Once onion rings start changing colour, add pumpkin cubes. Add Potato cubes as well. Keep frying in low flame till veggies become golden. Cover in between to fasten the process.
Step 3
Make paste of tomato and put it in pan once veggies are cooked. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add 1 Tsp Turmeric powder and 1 Tsp Jeera powder. Mix everything. Cook till raw smell of masala goes away.
Step 4
Add prawns next. Mix everything. Add water once veggies are cooked. Cover again. Remove lid after 10 minutes cooking.
Step 5
Sprinkle 1 Tsp Garam Masala powder and finish cooking.
