ingredients
- 300 g Chicken
- 2 chopped Tomato
- 3 sliced Onion
- 8 pieces Garlic cloves
- 1/2 cups Peanuts
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Sugar
- 1 cup Mustard Oil
- 1 cup Ghee
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
Method
Step 1
Wash Chicken pieces. Sprinkle salt and turmeric powder on the pieces.
Step 2
Drizzle oil in pan. Put the onion and tomato alongwith garlic cloves and peanuts. Fry them golden. Set aside after frying. Let it cool and make paste.
Step 3
Pour oil in pan. Put the chicken pieces for frying. After frying for 2-3 minutes, add the masala paste. Mix well. Add salt to taste. Cover with a lid.
Step 4
Next add water in pan. Cook in high flame till water starts boiling. Lower the flame. Wait till water absorbs all the flavour. Mix Garam Masala Powder in water and pour it into the pan. Mix well. Add dollops of ghee and finish cooking.
