ingredients

  • 6 pieces Bokphul
  • 8 tablespoons Besan/ Gran Flour
  • 6 teaspoons Rice Flour
  • 1 teaspoons Turmeric powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • Mustard Oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Take Bokphul in a Bowl. Sprinkle salt and turmeric powder on them. Sprinkle 1 Tsp rice flour as well. Toss everything.

  • Step 2

    Take besan in a Bowl. Add rice flour as well. Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix everything. Add water and prepare a runny batter.

  • Step 3

    Dip Bokphul in the batter. Pour oil in pan. Once oil becomes warm, put besan coated Bokphul in pan. Fry them golden in medium flame. Take out pakoras from oil once pakoras become crisp and brown.
