ingredients

  • 200 grams Bhindi
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoons Mustard Seeds
  • 1 pieces Onion
  • 4 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoons Turmeric powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • Mustard Oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Chop Bhindis into medium pieces. Sprinkle salt and and turmeric powder. Coat well.

  • Step 2

    Pour oil in pan. Temper with curry leaves and mustard seeds.

  • Step 3

    Fry onion and garlic cloves after chopping them. Make paste. Put bhindis in pan, once mustard seeds start splattering.

  • Step 4

    Fry bhindis for few minutes. Add the paste. Add salt to taste. Mix everything. And cook till raw smell of masala goes away.

  • Step 5

    Add water and wait till water absorbs the flavour. Put off flame and serve hot.
