ingredients
- 6 pieces Bitter gourd
- 3 pieces Sweet Potato
- 1 pieces POTATO
- 3 pieces Green banana
- 3 pieces Drumsticks
- 1 teaspoons Cumin powder
- To Taste Salt
- Mustard oil
- Ghee
- To Taste Sugar
- 810 pieces Bori Bengali style dry fritters
- 1 cups Milk
Method
Step 1
Wash veggies and cut them into pieces. Pour mustard oil in pan. Fry Bitter gourd slices first and set aside after frying.
Step 2
Now fry potatoes and green banana in the same pan. Add chopped drumsticks subsequently. Sprinkle salt and 1 Tsp Cumin powder. Mix everything.
Step 3
Add water in the pan. Remove the Shukto from pan
Step 4
Now roast bori in the same pan with ghee. Pour 1 cup Milk. Add the Shukto. Cook for few minutes in low flame.
Step 5
Transfer to a bowl and serve.
