ingredients

  • 1 pieces Cabbage
  • 1 spears large Tomato
  • 1 pieces large Onion
  • 1/2 cup Ginger Slices
  • 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Jeera/ Cumin Seeds
  • 1 cups Mustard Oil
  • 1 cups Potato Slices
  • 1 teaspoons Coriander Powder

Method

  • Step 1

    Chop cabbage into fine pieces. Pour oil in pan. Temper with 1 tsp Jeera and chilli. Put the potato slices for frying. Fry for few minutes. Add the cabbage in pan. Add salt to taste and 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder. Mix everything and cover with a lid. Cook for few minutes.

  • Step 2

    After few minutes, remove the lid. Add paste of tomato and ginger. Mix with the cabbage. Add 1 tsp Coriander Powder.Saute for few minutes till raw smell goes away. Add water and again cover with a lid. Cook in medium flame- low flame.

  • Step 3

    Remove the lid. Take out the curry and set aside. Pour oil in pan (2-4 Tsp). Add fish heads. Fry them in medium flame. Break them in between. Once fish heads become golden, put the curry. Add salt to taste. Let the fish heads become succulent. Sprinkle 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking.
