ingredients

  • 100 grams Arbi
  • 200 grams Potato
  • 1 pieces Tomato
  • Ginger slice
  • 1 teaspoons Coriander powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • Oil
  • Dry red chilli
  • Indian Five spice Mix

Method

  • Step 1

    Boil arbi and potatoes and set aside. Pour oil in pan. Temper with 1 Dry Red Chilli and Indian Five spice Mix.

  • Step 2

    Put potatoes in pan. Fry them golden. Add arbis next. Fry for few minutes. Make paste of tomato and ginger. Pour the paste in pan.

  • Step 3

    Add salt to taste. Add turmeric powder. Mix everything. Cook till raw smell of masala goes away.

  • Step 4

    Add water. Cover with a lid. Cook for few minutes till vegetables soften.

  • Step 5

    Remove lid and toss again. Add garam masala powder (optional). Serve hot.
