ingredients
- 1/2 cups sliced Gobi
- 1 pieces Potato Wedges
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Sugar
- Mustard Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Jeera
- 1 Turmeric powder
- 1 pieces sliced Tomato
Method
Step 1
Pour oil in pan. Temper with 1/2 Tsp Jeera. Put potato wedges in pan. Keep frying.
Step 2
Add cauliflower cubes. Sprinkle salt and turmeric powder and toss again.
Step 3
Keep frying in medium flame. Add tomato slices next. Cover with a lid. Remove lid after 10 minutes. Mash tomatoes. Add salt and sugar to taste. Mix everything. Add water. Cover again.
Step 4
Remove lid. Toss gently . Serve hot
