ingredients

  • 250 gram Paneer
  • 2 pieces Potato
  • 1 pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoons Coriander powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Sugar
  • Ginger slice
  • 1 cup Mustard oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Peel off potatoes and boil them. Cut them into cubes before boiling. Fry paneer cubes first in the oil. Set them aside after frying. Now fry potatoes in the same oil.

  • Step 2

    Make a paste of tomato and ginger slice. Put the paste in pan. Toss everything.

  • Step 3

    Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt and sugar to taste. Toss everything.

  • Step 4

    Add 1 tsp Coriander powder. Cook till the raw smell of the masala goes away.

  • Step 5

    Add water. Add the fried paneer cubes. Cook for few minutes in medium flame.

  • Step 6

    Sprinkle 1 Tsp Garam Masala powder and finish cooking.
