ingredients
- 80 gram Caster sugar
- 40 gram Brown sugar
- 300 gram Flour
- 175 gram Semi-salted butter
- 1 Egg
- 200 gram Dark chocolate
- 100 gram White chocolate
- 6 gram Baking powder
Method
Step 1
First start by preheating your oven to 175 ° . In a bowl, pour the two sugars and then add the softenned butter. Mix them well using a spatula or food processor until the mixture turns white.
Step 2
Then add the beaten egg, the mixture should have the consistency of a cream. Then add the baking powder and flour previously sifted. If like me you use chocolate bars, cut them beforehand with a knife and mix them with the cookie dough.
Step 3
Finish by kneading the dough by hand to mix the chocolate with the rest of the ingredients. Then form balls of about 2 centimeters and place them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Be careful to space them out enough, the cookies will spread out when baking. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes and let them cool out of the oven :)
