  • 1 cup whipped vegan cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon poppyseeds

Method

  • Step 1

    Whip vegan cream with sugar until stiff peaks, add juice and zest of lemon, whip a bit more.

  • Step 2

    Pour the mixture into a glass dish and place it in the freezer. After two hours, take it out and stir, add poppy seeds then return it to the freezer for 5-6 hours.
