Korean Bbq-baked Salmon With Daikon And Cucumber
Last nights Mother's Day dinner. I wanted something light for dinner with the kids. Baked salmon with a Korean BBQ sauce on a bed of daikon and cucumber saad, topped with two types of mushrooms, shallots and black sesame seeds. The daikon and cucumber salad was dressed with fresh ginger, lime, sunflower seed oil and cilantro. Simple and quick meal under 30 minutes, plus very healthy and delicious.
