Gluten Free Crust
Ingredients:1/2 cup @bobsredmill Quinoa flour3/4 cup @bobsredmill tapioca flour2 tbsp arrowroot powder1 tsp apple cider vinegar1 flax egg (mix 1 tbsp ground flax seed with 2 tbsp water)1/3 cup water1/3 cup melted coconut oil1 tsp oregano powder1 tsp red pepper chili flakes1 tsp saltDash of pepper

fresh dillMix everything together in a large bowl with a wooden spoon. Let sit for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 450. Grease a baking tray with a good amount of avocado oil. Place dough onto tray, wet your hands with water and begin to “work” the dough to a circle or rectangular shape, curling up the sides for the crust part. Place on top rack of oven for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. Top with whatever you want!
